What is Reiki?
Reiki is a holistic, energy therapy that helps bring balance to the mind, body, and spirit. It is one of several therapies that is based on the Biofield, or a type of energy field that regulates everything from our cellular function to our nervous system. Through gentle touch, Reiki promotes balance and healing on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. This form of energy therapy helps to reduce stress and anxiety, relieves pain and discomfort, improves sleep, brings about deep relaxation, improves concentration and mental clarity, boosts the immune system, and accelerates natural healing from the inside out by treating the whole person.
Reiki, meaning Universal Life Force Energy/God Wisdom, originated in Japan, and has continued to gain popularity and recognition throughout the United States. Currently, in the USA, more than 800 hospitals have integrated energy therapy into the hospital setting. Experiencing Reiki, regardless of your beliefs, background, or situation, can restore balance and well-being to an energy system that has been overstimulated for far too long.

That experience, along with my curiosity, turned into a passion for learning more. I am an Energy Therapist who specializes in Reiki. This natural, healing therapy has become part of my own, life-changing journey, and it has also become one of the most transformative self-care modalities that I have ever had the privilege to experience. One Hour Reiki Session with Consultation: $65
Every appointment will include a 30-40 minute consultation and time to share or ask any questions. This will take place in a private and comfortable setting, along with a 25-30 minute hands on Reiki session. Please wear what you are most comfortable in for the duration of the session. Lisa will contact you to discuss forms of payment once you submit the Intake Form. The form can be submitted to truenorthenergytherapy@gmail.com. Please see the button above for easy access to the form.
20 Minute Distance Reiki Session: $35
This session is enjoyed from the comfort of your own space. Please contact Lisa at the number below to schedule an appointment. This service is available only for clients who have had an in-person Reiki session previously.

**Important: When you arrive for your appointment, please call or text 770-540-3506 and Lisa will greet you at the front door of the building facing Green Street. The office is located on the second floor of the Sawyer House at 439 Green Street. The Sawyer House is located on the corner of Forrest Avenue and Green Street. You will need to turn onto Forrest to access the parking area located at the back of the building or alongside the street. **Please let Lisa know if you have any physical limitations that will not allow you to use stairs.**
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations will require a 24 hour notice or the full service fee will be charged. It may be possible reschedule the appointment.
